Warranty service is your official right as a buyer: if your appliance fails through no fault of yours, the manufacturer is obliged to fix it free of charge. As an authorized service center, we fulfill this obligation on behalf of the manufacturer — meaning you receive service exactly under the terms guaranteed by the brand at the time of purchase.
In practice, this works as follows: you bring in the device, we verify the documents and the warranty case, perform the repair at the manufacturer’s expense, and return the device with all warranty rights preserved. No additional fees, no hidden conditions, no fine print — every step is handled transparently and documented properly.
Important to keep in mind: the manufacturer’s warranty does not cover mechanical damage, liquid spills, consequences of improper connection or unstable power supply, or repairs performed by third parties. In such cases we will still help you — but as part of post-warranty repair (Service 4) at a transparent price.

How it works: step-by-step
1. Submitting a request.
Leave a request on the website, give us a call, or bring the device directly to our service center. Delivery via courier services is also available.
2. Warranty case verification.
We check the documents (warranty card, receipt), the condition of the serial number and seals. This is a quick procedure that usually takes only a few minutes.
3. Diagnostics.
A technician identifies the cause of the malfunction and confirms that the case is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
4. Repair.
We perform the work using original spare parts. You receive a notification at every key stage of the process.
5. Returning the device.
We hand over the device along with a completion act. The manufacturer’s warranty is extended by the time the device was in repair.
