Warranty terms
Warranty terms for home appliances and consumer electronics are set by the manufacturer (or its official importer in Ukraine) and may vary significantly depending on the brand, product category, specific model, and country of supply.
Each manufacturer independently determines: the warranty period (typically 12 to 24 months on the product itself, with possible extended warranty on certain components — for example, up to 10 years on inverter compressors or motors); the list of cases covered by warranty; conditions of warranty service; the procedure for contacting support; and other important details.
| 📋 Where to find the actual warranty terms for your device The legally binding warranty terms for your device are set out in:
• the manufacturer’s warranty card, supplied with the device at the time of purchase;
• the manufacturer’s official website or the website of its Ukrainian importer (usually under the "Support", "Warranty" or "Service" section);
• the manufacturer’s customer support hotline (the phone number is provided in the warranty card and on the official website);
• documents confirming the fact and date of purchase — fiscal receipt, delivery note, or invoice. In the event of any discrepancies between the provisions of this document and the terms set by the manufacturer in the warranty card, the manufacturer’s terms shall prevail.
ADROIT SERVICE — Service Center Warranty
Regardless of the manufacturer’s terms, we provide our own warranty on the repair work performed by our service center and on the parts installed by us:
• 90 (ninety) days — on the repair work performed;
• in accordance with the Manufacturer’s warranty terms — on the replaced parts and components.
By written agreement between the Parties, the Service Center may provide a warranty of a longer duration.
Typical cases NOT covered by warranty
The exact list of exclusions is determined by the manufacturer, but in most cases the warranty does NOT apply to damage arising from:
• violation of the operating, installation, connection, or storage conditions specified in the user manual;
• mechanical damage (impacts, drops, deformation; damage to cables, screens, or housings);
• ingress of liquids, foreign objects, dust, or insects into the device;
• unstable power supply (voltage surges, lightning strikes, improper grounding);
• use of non-original spare parts, accessories, or consumables;
• repair or intervention performed by persons not authorized by the manufacturer;
• breach of the integrity of warranty seals, stickers, or serial number labels;
• natural disasters, force majeure events (fire, flood, hostilities and their consequences);
• natural wear of components and consumables (filters, lamps, batteries, belts, brushes, etc.);
• use of devices not intended for official sale in Ukraine (so-called "grey market" imports).
The warranty also generally does not cover: installation, setup, and connection of the device; cleaning and preventive maintenance; cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality; replacement of consumables.
