Q: How much does a repair cost? A: Warranty repairs are free of charge. The cost of post-warranty repair depends on the type of fault and the device model. We always inform you of the cost before starting any work — and only proceed with your confirmation.
Q: What documents do I need for warranty repair? A: For warranty repair, you'll need proof of purchase (receipt or warranty card) and the device itself. If you've lost the document, contact us — we'll advise you on what to do.
Q: Is there a guarantee on completed repairs? A: Yes. All completed work comes with a guarantee. The warranty period depends on the type of repair and the parts replaced — please ask our manager for details when submitting your request.
