Post-Warranty Repair
Warranty expired but the device still has life in it? We'll run diagnostics and carry out the repair at a transparent price. The cost is always agreed before work begins — no hidden fees, ever.
Quality home appliances and electronics typically last well beyond their official warranty period — provided they’ve been used properly and maintained on time. So when the factory warranty ends, don’t rush to take your device to the recycling point. In most cases, repair is more cost-effective than buying a new appliance, especially if we’re talking about higher-end models.
Post-warranty repair with us means the same level of quality as warranty repair: same technicians, same equipment, same original spare parts. The only difference is who pays for the work — you, instead of the manufacturer. In return, you gain full control over the process: you see exactly what will be repaired and at what cost before we start.
Our principle is full transparency. The price is agreed upon before the repair begins and does not change during the process without your consent. If additional issues are discovered along the way that require extra payment, we always stop and check with you first. You have the right to decline additional work or take back the device in its current state.
And one more thing: we provide our own guarantee on post-warranty work — 3 months on labor and 12 months on installed parts. It’s your insurance against the "fixed one thing — broke another" scenario.
What you get
• Transparent pricing agreed upon before any work begins — no surprises in the final bill.
• Original or certified compatible parts at your choice — with a clear difference in price and lifespan.
• Our own service center guarantee: 3 months on labor and 12 months on installed parts.
• Honest recommendations: if a repair doesn’t make economic sense, we’ll tell you outright.
• Convenient payment and device delivery options.
• The same level of expertise as in warranty repair.
How it works: step-by-step
1. Device acceptance.
Bring it to our service center or call a courier. We sign an acceptance act describing the device’s condition and contents.
2. Diagnostics.
We identify the cause of the failure and the list of required works and parts.
3. Cost calculation.
We prepare a detailed estimate: labor and parts itemized separately. You see exactly what you are paying for.
4. Your decision.
You agree, adjust the scope of work, or decline. No pressure — the decision is entirely yours.
5. Repair.
We complete the work within the agreed timeframe. If additional issues are discovered, we stop and check on extra charges with you first.
6. Testing and handover.
We test the device, then hand it over along with the completion act and the service center’s warranty card.
What if I’m not sure whether it’s worth repairing?
This is a fair question, especially with devices that are several years old. In such cases, start by ordering diagnostics from us (Service 2). We will be honest with you: if the repair cost exceeds 50–60% of the price of a new appliance, or if other components are also nearing the end of their lifespan, it’s often smarter to invest in a new model. We don’t push repairs — we help you make the right choice.
